Back and forth (Va et Vient)

The woman, we can tell,
Goes to those who know how to love her,
She becomes divine
Under the inspired pen.

We found each other
Before we were searching,
She in whom I believed
And whom I pointed out.

And as we danced
On a volcano in fusion,
The fire had to burst forth
Animating both of us.

She took her time
To respond to my sign,
Now reaping
The grapes of this vine.

Conceived as a work of art,
To taste this caviar,
The sense of libertinage
And of enjoying without foreboding.

Then we always carry
This memory of love,
And with all our soul
We keep the flame alive.

And if she goes away
Slips under her steps,
Our beautiful memory,
With the taste of returning,

We will be beyond
Crossing our lives,
As we are here
Loving each other like this.
